Program Strategies

This aspect targets young people in rural communities and the youth in tertiary institutions, guiding them through school, life and career.The projects under  touched on are:

• Global Scholars Program (GSP); For basic, high school and tertiary school.

  • MLPI (My life path initiative) module.

  • TLI (Transformative leaders initiative) module.

  • ISP (International scholars program) module. Online international community.

• Each module will have topics spanning across academics, Career, Social life and Leadership.  See events for more information on the next mentorship sessions.

This program is for the unemployed  youth in rural communities and occasionally through collaborations for the . We Under this, the piloting is been done in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District in Central region of Ghana. There are two main streams:

• SWYI (Skilled & working youth initiative) -  vocational skills  and  support.

• YEI (Youth employment initiative)- Includes organizing job fairs, creating job information bank for job seekers, and assist young people apply for jobs.

Advocacy projects identify a pressing issue under any of our themes and launches campaigns or collaborate with other entities working on such issues to maximize the intended results. There are aspects as these:

• STA (Short term advocacies)- these include monthly campaigns on issues nationally or internationally designated to certain months, eg. October is a cancer  month and so  in October will automatically include that.

• LTA (Long term advocacies)- these include campaigns and call to actions lasting a minimum of three months. This is for advocacies on issues that a way complicated and seem to extend for long period.
  The topics under  include: civic , women & , youth matters, elderly people, governance, etc.
